Easel TV streams Live T20 Cricket
Easel TV PRESS RELEASE on live sports streaming service.
Easel TV has won the award for the 'Most Significant Content Offering' for its implementation of StagePlayer+
StagePlayer+ is a unique co-operative service operated by trusted UK broadcaster Player+ and available as a dedicated app on large screen TV devices and platforms, including FireTV, together with desktop and mobile browser versions at www.stageplayer.plus
The service is a direct to consumer, premium, video on demand service for Performing Arts; digital theatre, music concerts, festivals and venues. The service was born out of demand for a shared, simple to post to, consumer facing streaming service that any artist, producer, distributor, theatre or event organiser could use, without having to invest and build their own streaming media service. One that would also get them on to a full portfolio of consumer devices and particularly across big screen TV outlets; Smart TVs, streaming media devices such as Amazon Fire TV, Roku and Apple TV.
Richard Jacobs, CEO and founder of Player+:
We are delighted to be working with Easel TV who have extensive experience in OTT and with digital theatre streaming with the likes of Soho Theatre. Their quality SaaS Streaming technology platform is perfect for our needs and allows us to expand into TV operator services across the globe as we pursue our ambitious plans for StagePlayer+ and its goals for digital entertainment for the performing arts and creative entertainment industry.
Joe Foster, CEO of Easel TV, was delighted with the award saying it was a great start to 2022 and a real testament to the great work of the team at Easel TV.
The service was also recently discussed in nScreenMedias round up of industry activity, you can pick up on this about 6mins into this recent nScreenMedia podcast.
You can also join Joe Foster, CEO of Easel TV, on an IBC panel on Thurs 27th Jan looking at "Ways to build, engage and retain online audiences"
